MEMBER GUIDELINES
Our gym is more than just a place to workout. It’s a community.
To keep it safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone, please adhere to these essential rules:

BEFORE COMING TO THE GYM
I prebook my classes.
I cancel the class if I will not come.

ENTERING THE GYM
I walk on the anti-bacterial carpets.
I place my phone & keys in lockers.
I store my bag in changing rooms.




DO I HAVE A STRONG BODY ODOUR?
I wear fresh clothes, clean socks, non-smelly shoes.
I use extra deodorant, extra towel, i wipe my sweat regularly to contain it.
I bring extra t-shirt with me.
I AM MINDFUL SO OTHERS DO NOT FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE WITH ME.

BEFORE TRAINING
I drink hydrogenated water (FREE).
I pick up a towel (FREE).
I clear my head.
I am ready to give it all.

DURING TRAINING
I use towel for my sweat.
I use extra towel for bench and floor.
I follow my trainer's instructions.
I stop immediately if I don’t feel well.
I drink hydrogenated water.

AFTER TRAINING
I throw my towels in the basket.
I tidy up my weights.
I drink some hydrogenated water.

KIDS
When not training, must be
supervised & must stay within sitting area. I will stop my training or not train at all if my kid is left unsupervised.

MEMBERSHIP
I pay on time.
I don’t create unnecessary admin for me and for the gym.

I ENJOY MY TIME
I leave all worries outside for one hour.
I concentrate on my training.
I am careful not to get injured.
My cooperation ensures a safe, respectful, and efficient gym experience for everyone.
I understand that failure to follow these guidelines may result in the cancellation of my membership.
